Our story
Udupas Enterprises was established as an event infrastructure firm with a clear focus on reliable structural solutions for events. From the outset, its work has centred on building and maintaining infrastructure for gatherings of every scale and format.
It supplies tent systems, aluminium staging and associated structural installations. Its role is not to manage events, but to support them, by making sure the structures underneath are planned, assembled and secured with care.
As a family-led professional enterprise, it places importance on consistency in approach and accountability in delivery. Over time it has worked alongside event management firms, production teams, corporate clients and private and government customers, across India.

Joined the family business in 1997 and brings a civil engineering background to structural design for events. A key force behind large-scale venues and complex event infrastructure, and the backbone of production and structural execution across major projects.
Advances the Udupas brand alongside his brother, leading marketing, business planning and production strategy. Qualified in business applications and computer science, he keeps creative vision, budgets and execution timelines in balance.
Joined in 2014 and manages finance and accounts, overseeing financial operations with a focus on accuracy, stability and transparency, and the financial discipline that supports sustainable growth.
Joined in 2014 and heads branding and quality control, ensuring every material and resource used on an event meets the company standard. A strong eye for detail keeps projects consistent and efficient.
Vice President, India Business Development. A business degree and a Master’s from the University of Warwick bring an international perspective to an industry he grew up around, driving innovation and expanding the company’s footprint.
Translates vision into reality through seamless operations and meticulous project management, overseeing delivery with a focus on precision, efficiency and uncompromising quality, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
General Manager, Productions. He joined during the company’s formative years and brings nearly fifteen years of hands-on production expertise, executing projects at scale with meticulous attention to detail.
